Elegant appearance

Composite steel l-girders in combination with reinforced steel-plate concrete floors give the building an elegant appearance and also help reduce the load on the main support columns and foundations.

100% energy neutral

A solar panel roof (850 m²) provides enough electricity for the lighting, the lifts and the car parking system. When the temperature drops below freezing, the solar panels also supply sufficient energy for the ramp heater.
